How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Relationshipfingers Pest Control should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Relationshipfingers Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Relationshipfingers Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your concern is how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in New Jersey.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@relationshipfingers.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Satisfied

If our response does not settle it, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
